I classes of 20 students that successfully created and used accounts that worked up until last week. On October 12, we would try to log on and we would get a server error. Can you please let me know if this will be fixed?

Thank you for your message. We don't know of any downtimes of our server on October 12. Are you sure it wasn't on your side? Does it work again?
